We have newly developed a circulation-type automatic cleaning system that continuously backwashes the element without discharging the filtrate outside the machine. By combining an ejector (vacuum generation device) with a cyclone separator, we have minimized discharge loss to the utmost by circulating the filtrate within the machine. Mechanism: Foreign substances and coarse particles on the surface of the element pass through the hopper (suction pipe) along with the filtrate and are ultimately separated into solid and liquid by the cyclone separator, with the solids being discharged outside through the discharge valve. Meanwhile, a portion of the filtrate returns to the ejector incorporated at the inlet and mixes again with the original liquid. In this way, the filtrate is circulated within the machine, allowing for continuous backwashing of the element without discharging the filtrate outside.
